In this exciting role, you will learn about investment strategies, market mechanics, trading tools, and retirement options. By answering inbound calls, you will advocate for our clients and provide the best solutions to their needs. You will also have the opportunity to attend the Schwab Service Academy, which offers paid training and support as you earn your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. We offer competitive pay and a bonus package. Starting compensation for this location begins at $46,400 during training (increases based on related experience), with an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees have the potential to increase their total compensation to $53,000 ($48,400 base, plus a 10% bonus opportunity based on individual and corporate performance) within their first year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases.

Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Eagerness to learn about finance
- Passion for serving clients and a motivation to learn about the securities industry, including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
- Excellent communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Proven success in using multiple computer applications
