Who We Are Looking For:

• Tax Experience: As a Tax Associate, you should have at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are eligible with 1+ year of recent experience filing 30 or more paid tax returns.
• Passion for Client Support: We want someone who is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your commitment to enhancing our brand and empowering customers to prepare their taxes is key.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are crucial. You should be excited to interact with customers using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Your Responsibilities:

• Tax Assistance: You will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This involves providing tax advice, preparing full-service returns, conducting tax calculations, and addressing product/software inquiries.
• Resourceful Problem-Solving: You will use government websites, professional resources, and the expertise of your team to find and deliver the correct answers to customer queries using everyday language.
• Virtual Customer Support: As this is a virtual, customer-facing role, you will utilize state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
