Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: You should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credentials: Possess an active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passion for Helping: You are passionate about assisting clients in navigating the complexities of taxation and are dedicated to providing exceptional service.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide Assistance: Utilize Intuit TurboTax products to help customers complete their taxes. Offer tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and answer any product/software-related inquiries.
• Your Expertise: Use a variety of resources, including government websites, professional knowledge, and team expertise, to provide accurate and easily understandable answers to customer inquiries.
• Virtual Customer Support: Interact with customers through our state-of-the-art video communication software. Ensure interactions are properly documented for record-keeping purposes.
