Who You Are:
- Tax Expertise: You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Credential: You possess an active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- Passionate about Helping: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. You are committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
- Great Customer Service: You possess excellent customer service skills. You are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
How You Will Lead:
- Customer Support: Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Delivering Solutions: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and provide the right answers to customers using everyday language.
- Virtual Interaction: Since this is a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. You will also document interactions to keep accurate records.
