Who We're Looking For:

• If you have an active PTIN, we would love to connect with you! To be eligible, you should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns. If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are also eligible with 1+ year of recent experience with 30 or more paid tax returns.
• We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes is highly valued.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must, as you will be interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Responsibilities:

• Your main responsibility will be to assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This will involve providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and addressing product/software inquiries.
• You will use government websites, professional resources, and the expertise of your team to find and deliver accurate answers to customers using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will be using our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. It will also be important for you to document interactions to maintain accurate records.
