What You'll Bring:

• Experience: As a Tax Associate, you should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience in filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Intuit Academy Badge: If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge and have at least 1 year of recent experience with 30 or more paid tax returns, you are eligible to apply.

How You Will Lead:

• Your Responsibilities: As a Tax Associate, you will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes offering tax advice, preparing full-service returns, conducting tax calculations, and addressing product/software inquiries. Your work plays a significant role in advancing our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Utilizing Resources: You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and the expertise of our team to seek out and provide accurate answers to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Customer Interaction: Since this is a virtual, customer-facing role, you will be using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. Documenting interactions to maintain accurate records is also part of your responsibilities.
