Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Finishing Inspector for 2nd shift. This role offers the opportunity to learn the Folding Carton Packaging process and advance in a challenging environment. Training will be provided on the job and in technical classrooms. Required Qualifications: - Candidates must be at least 18 years old. - Ability to work overtime and variable shift schedules. - Physical requirements include standing for long hours and continuous use of hands and wrists. - Ability to follow instructions and identify defects with or without accommodations. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision. - Basic math skills are required. Preferred Qualifications: - At least one year of manufacturing experience in the last three years. - Experience with folding and gluing.
