We are currently hiring entry-level and skilled machine operators for our facility located on Moorland Road in New Berlin. This is a 3rd shift position (Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am), and the pay ranges from $17.50 to $19 per hour based on experience. Job Duties: - Set up and operate various finishing equipment according to customer specifications. - Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. - Move work-in-process using electric pallet jacks or forklifts. - Read and understand job tickets and complete necessary paperwork. - Report productivity achievements and waste/defects. - Adhere to production schedule and maintain quality requirements. - Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and team members. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Perform routine maintenance and make necessary production adjustments. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should be able to: - Bend and lift 10-15 pounds continuously and lift up to 70 pounds occasionally. - Stand for long hours and perform controlled movements with hands and wrists. - Receive and follow instructions and identify defects. - Work in a fast-paced environment with or without reasonable accommodations. - Have mechanical aptitude and good communication skills. - Perform basic math calculations. Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong math skills and basic computer operations knowledge. - Ability to read and interpret written job instructions and apply them accurately. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Forklift operation or material handling experience is a plus.
