What You Will Do

As a consultant on our Advanced Analytics & Intelligent Automation team, you will help clients make the most of their data and automate business processes. Working closely with clients, you will implement a wide range of data analytics services, from data visualization to predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation. Your expertise will enable clients to improve decision making, reduce costs, increase trust, and enhance operational effectiveness. In addition to client services, you will also contribute to business development, internal firm initiatives, and professional development.

What You Will Need
  • At least 1 year of experience in data science
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in SQL for data transformation and reporting
  • Experience with data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences, including management and external clients
  • Ability to analyze large and complex data sets, with a talent for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Knowledge of Agile processes and tools, such as Git
Security Clearance

Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

What Would Be Nice to Have
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or Data Analytics
  • Experience with Power Platform components, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Familiarity with UI/UX leading practices and tools, such as Figma and Proto.io
  • Understanding of database management leading practices and familiarity with various data repositories
  • Experience with data transformation leading practices
  • Ability to support client deliverables at each stage of the data pipeline
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or R
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, simulation, machine learning, or artificial intelligence
  • Experience in selecting and applying appropriate analytical techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Experience in addressing client needs, building client relationships, and managing tasks effectively
  • Business development experience including RFP/RFQ responses, white paper/concept paper development, and prototype solution demonstrations
Salary Range

The annual salary range for this position is $63,200.00-$113,800.00, depending on various factors including skills, experience, security clearances, and certifications.
