Job Overview

The Technology Application Framework team is responsible for ensuring the secure delivery of software to our Financial Advisors and Home office associates. We support and enhance existing systems and develop technology solutions aligned with the firm's vision.

Position Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering application solutions for enterprise-level projects.
• Experience with Linux containerization, PaaS, or Cloud technologies preferred.
• Proven knowledge and experience with Microsoft's Azure services deployment.
• Experience in automation, configuration management, and deployment of enterprise-scale infrastructures using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or ARM.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Principles, Java, software security, and system administration.
• Experience with configuring monitoring solutions and creating dashboards (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Practical knowledge of Microservices and designing/building REST APIs.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools: Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JUnit, Python, Gradle, and Maven.
• Proficient with Git and Git workflows.
• Experience with server-side technologies such as Apache and Tomcat.

Candidates within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ, and St. Louis, MO office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
