- Our Sales and Operations Management Trainee role starts at a minimum annual salary of $52,000, with potential for increase based on experience and market conditions.

Schedule: You must be willing to work a weekend day and holidays as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing, is required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior customer-facing work experience or internships are preferred.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management skills.
- A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability and willingness to drive our Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
- Willingness to travel within the district, work the required schedule, complete employment application, submit to background investigation and drug screening are required.
- This position requires constant alertness, ensuring safety for oneself and others.
Physical Requirements:
The associate must be able to read, communicate verbally and in written form, remember and analyze information, and remember and understand instructions or guidelines. While performing the duties of this job, the associate may need to stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
