Main Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ensure they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections to check tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
• Help maintain clean and safe facilities for our customers and associates.
• Build your skills through training and hands-on coaching, including minor repairs such as installing tires and performing preventive maintenance.
• Complete other assigned projects and tasks as requested by your supervisor.

General Requirements:

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability and willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines established by Penske management
• Adherence to safety and maintenance policies, including the use of appropriate tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Regular, reliable attendance is essential
• Willingness to work the required schedule, at the specific location, complete the employment application, pass a background screening, drug screen, physical examination as required by the Department of Transportation, and potential travel for training within a nearby area
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company. The ability to work safely and stay alert is essential. Associates must be responsible for their own safety and the safety of others.
