Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Complete installations and repairs of TV and Smart Home systems.
• Educate customers on the use of our products and services.
• Represent our company in customers' homes daily.
• Contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

• Ability to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service.
• Comfort with working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets our safety standards.
• Sometimes, travel may be required.
