We value your growth as both a hairstylist and a manager. We offer in-person and live technical training to enhance your skills. Our Manager in Training program is specifically designed for career advancement. We also ensure that your hard work is rewarded through a competitive compensation package. This includes hourly wages ranging from $20 to $40 per hour, including incentives and tips. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly and quarterly salon and stylist bonuses. Additionally, we provide a phone stipend. If you work full time, you will enjoy a fantastic benefit package that includes a 401k retirement plan with matching, paid vacation and holidays, and health insurance.
