In the Role:

• Deliver sales results and exceed customer expectations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
• Present financial solutions that meet customer goals
• Offer optional insurance products to customers
• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loans
• Collaborate with local businesses to find and develop new customers
• Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations during the loan life cycle

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience
• Bilingual - Spanish
