About the Role  

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals, exceeding customer expectations   

• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle   

• Provide financial solutions that meet customer needs and goals   

• Present optional insurance products to customers   

• Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure clear understanding   

• Collaborate with local businesses to attract new customers   

• Learn credit underwriting techniques and sales tools   

• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations   

Requirements:   

• High school diploma or GED   

Preferred: 

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience   

• Bilingual - Spanish
