We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our diverse healthcare team. As an RN, you will provide care and support to a group of patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Your role will involve using the nursing process and your therapeutic abilities to ensure the well-being of our patients.
Job Responsibilities: - Take responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during a designated period of time. - Provide patient care using the nursing process, ensuring the therapeutic use of self. - Adhere to established policies and procedures. - Maintain open communication with internal customers and supervisors. - Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with staff, management, and physicians. - Embody and apply Cooper core values. - Perform any other duties as required. Experience and Education Requirements: - Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse). - Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support). Special Requirements: - Certain specialties may require advanced certification such as ACLS, NALS, PALS. - Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.
