We are looking for Tax Experts to join our team for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential such as CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney, we would love to hear from you!

Who We Are Looking For:

• Tax Expertise: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credentials: You possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.

• Tax Assistance: You will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, preparing full tax returns, conducting tax calculations, and resolving any product or software inquiries.
• Resourceful: Utilizing government websites, professional resources, and team expertise, you will find and deliver the right answers to customers using simple and concise language.
• Virtual Support: As a virtual, customer-facing role, you will utilize our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions.
