Intuit is looking for Tax Experts to join our team for the upcoming tax season. We are interested in connecting with individuals who have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney).

Qualifications:

• Experience: As a Tax Expert, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credential: You should possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney. Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws are necessary.
• Passion for Helping: If you are passionate about assisting clients in navigating the complexities of taxation and are committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes, you are the right fit.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are a must. You should be excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Customers: Your role involves helping our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and addressing product/software inquiries.
• Research and Expertise: You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find the right answers for customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Interaction: As this is a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and maintain accurate records of your interactions.
