Who You Are:
- As a Tax Expert, you should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- You hold an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- You possess a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes is essential.
- You have excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Will Do:
Your Response Matters:
- In this role, you will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and addressing product/software inquiries, all while working towards our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
- You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
- As a virtual, customer-facing role, you will utilize our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, while also accurately documenting interactions for record-keeping purposes.
