Who We're Looking For:
- Tax Expertise: As a Tax Expert, you should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active Credential: You should possess an active and unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- Passion for Helping: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your commitment to enhancing our brand involves delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
- Excellent Customer Service: Possessing excellent customer service skills, you are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You'll Do:
- Assist Customers: Your role will involve helping customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, offer full-service return preparation, handle tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to contribute to our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World".
- Seek Out Accurate Solutions: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers in everyday language.
- Virtual Communication: As a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. Additionally, you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.
