What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are eligible with 1+ year of recent experience with 30 or more paid tax returns.
• Passion for Helping Clients: We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your commitment to enhancing our brand and delighting our customers is essential.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: You should possess excellent customer service skills and be excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Responsibilities:

• Tax Assistance: As a Tax Associate, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilizing Resources: You will effectively use government websites, professional resources, and the expertise of your team to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Customer Interaction: This role involves virtual customer interaction, where you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to engage with customers. You will also be responsible for documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
