Who You Are:

• Tax filing experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Intuit Academy Level 1 badge (optional): If you have obtained this badge, you are eligible with 1+ year of recent experience with 30 or more paid tax returns.
• Customer-centric: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. You are committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent communication skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Will Do:

• Provide tax advice and assistance: Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax calculations, help with return preparation, and address product/software inquiries.
• Find the right answers: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Virtual customer interaction: As a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. Documenting interactions accurately is also part of the role.
