Associate Manager, Corporate Communications Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated communications professional to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As an Associate Manager of Corporate Communications, your main role will be to help enhance and protect the reputation of our company's Corporate Responsibility initiatives. This includes developing and implementing strategies to promote awareness and engagement among stakeholders, supporting public reporting initiatives, and handling issues and crisis communications. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple projects, has a strong understanding of sustainability, and possesses excellent communication and project management skills. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to develop and implement communications programs that protect and promote our Corporate Responsibility initiatives across various channels. - Assist in the development and publication of our annual Corporate Responsibility Report, ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements. - Work closely with our Corporate Responsibility, Government Affairs, and other internal departments to identify initiatives and story ideas for external communications. - Create communications materials, including messaging, Q&As, and executive memos, to accurately represent our corporate voice. - Support media relations strategies for our Corporate Responsibility initiatives, both proactively and reactively. - Identify and manage submissions for awards, rankings, and speaking opportunities related to Corporate Responsibility. - Help with the mitigation and management of issues and crises related to Corporate Responsibility. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks in Corporate Responsibility communications and reporting. - Build and maintain relationships with external communications agencies and vendors. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or Business preferred. - At least 6 years of experience in public relations or communications, either in an agency or in-house. - Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and hands-on in executing communication strategies. - Strong understanding of integrated communications, considering diverse audiences and channels. - Excellent multitasking abilities, with composure and flexibility under tight deadlines. - Strong team player, able to build relationships internally and externally. - Self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work independently. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment. - Commitment to our company's purpose and values. - Occasional travel may be required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
