What You'll Bring

• Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Qualification: If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are eligible for this position with 1+ year of recent experience with 30 or more paid tax returns.

How You Will Lead

• Assist Customers: You will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, offering full-service return preparation, conducting tax calculations, and addressing product/software inquiries to contribute towards our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Utilize Resources: You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Customer Interaction: As this is a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records by documenting interactions.
