As a Clinical Team Leader at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you will work closely with the Branch Director to ensure that home health services are delivered according to the highest standard of practice. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving patient information, coordinating care, managing office operations, and providing ongoing education to our clinicians. Your role is crucial to fostering positive relationships with physicians, patients, caregivers, and employees, and contributes to our mission of providing a better way to care.

The Clinical Team Leader role may involve participating in an on-call rotation and making patient visits.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, and licensed in the state of employment and practice.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience and one year experience in home health.
• Good understanding of federal, state, and local laws/regulations governing home health agencies.
• Proficient with technology, including office equipment and EMR platforms.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to drive an automobile in all weather conditions.
