Enhabit is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide home health services to patients in the Andover area.

Responsibilities include:

• Visiting patients and ensuring their needs are met.
• Administering skilled nursing services to patients.
• Coordinating patient care with other healthcare providers.
• Following physician's orders and established care plans.
• Guiding and instructing patients and families in activities to improve functionality.

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Basic technology skills, including use of a mobile device.
• Preferred experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and maintain automobile liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive in all weather conditions.
