Job Title: Finishing Insert Operator

Summary:

As a Finishing Insert Operator, you will be responsible for operating automated insertion equipment and ensuring the quality and efficiency of all production-related activities. Your role also includes maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate automated inserting equipment and perform quality control checks
• Use computer applications associated with the Finishing Department
• Accurately record production and quality activities
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Ensure products meet quality expectations
• Suggest process improvements to the Finishing Supervisor
• Participate in training and development activities
• Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience working in a letter shop or mail environment preferred
• Proficiency in using personal computers
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
