Accelerator, Senior Manager - Elite Problem Solver (ESR) We are looking for an elite problem solver to join our team at Capital One's Accelerator. As a Senior Manager in the Accelerator, you will support the development and delivery of high-priority projects for a new company initiative. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or military experience. - At least 8 years of experience in project or program management. - At least 4 years of experience supporting or working within technology. Preferred qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Program Management. - 2+ years of corporate management consulting experience. - 1+ years of experience working in a cloud environment. - 1+ years of Financial Services industry experience.
