Accelerator, Senior Manager - Elite Problem Solver (ESR)
We are looking for an elite problem solver to join our team at Capital One's Accelerator. Our Accelerator is an internal engine of elite problem solvers who help our nascent businesses go from inception to "ready to scale." As a Senior Manager in the Accelerator, you will support the development and delivery of high-priority projects for a new company initiative.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to deliver on high-complexity project strategy and plans.
- Focus on projects that are part of our key priorities.
- Support the planning, designing, managing, and execution of program strategy and project plans.
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders to understand challenges and drive results.
- Creatively solve problems and think outside of the box to remove barriers and challenges.
- Create executive-ready presentations and materials.
- Demonstrate excellent strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
- Prioritize work based on established success criteria and timeframes.
- Motivate teams to solve problems and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in project or program management.
- At least 4 years of experience supporting or working within technology.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management.
- 2+ years of corporate management consulting experience.
- 1+ years of experience working in a cloud environment.
- 1+ years of Financial Services industry experience.
