Senior Director, Software Engineering - Card Core Location: McLean, Virginia, United States About the Role: The Card Technology division at Capital One is embarking on an exciting journey to revolutionize our business by creating cutting-edge technology platforms that surpass expectations for both our internal and external customers. As a Senior Director of Software Engineering, you will work closely with senior Technology and Business Executives to understand their vision and translate it into executable strategies. You will lead software engineering teams responsible for designing and delivering high-quality software for critical business features, leveraging the latest technology standards and AWS.
