In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Commercial Real Estate and Credit Serving technology platforms within the broader Business Bank Engineering (BBE) team. You will manage full-stack engineering teams and work on modernizing our data ecosystem. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: - Leading multiple agile teams and mentoring engineers in their career development and performance. - Collaborating with Product partners to develop technology strategy, roadmap, and vision. - Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions across various development tools and technologies. - Managing complex vendor relationships and ensuring smooth integration. - Building relationships with Architecture, Design, and other Technology leaders to align on key initiatives. - Staying up-to-date with tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, and participating in technology communities. - Encouraging innovation, diversity, teamwork, and self-organization within the teams. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree. - At least 7 years of software engineering or development experience. - At least 5 years of people management experience. - At least 2 years of experience with public cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree. - 10+ years of software engineering or development experience. - 5+ years of experience with public cloud providers. - 5+ years of experience in Agile practices. - 3+ years of experience in modernizing technology stacks.
