Responsibilities: - Develop Android SDKs and libraries following best practices and design guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing and engaging customer experiences. - Actively participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Advocate for the mobile platform within the developer community. - Stay updated on the latest mobile development technologies. - Mentor junior team members. - Collaborate with developers across various disciplines. - Lead and deliver major components in partnership with senior engineers and architects. - Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams. - Identify technical challenges and find creative solutions. - Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree. - At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience. - At least 2 years of experience building Android applications. - At least 2 years of experience with Kotlin. Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience building Android applications. - 3+ years of experience with Kotlin. - 1+ years of experience in open source frameworks. - 1+ years of experience with Agile practices. Salary Range: - New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $161,900 - $184,800 for Senior Software Engineer. - San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $171,500 - $195,800 for Senior Software Engineer. Please note that salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on the agreed-upon number of hours.
