We will provide training on Capital One's products, services, and experiences, enabling you to guide customers towards their financial goals. - You are comfortable with digital technology. Using laptops and iPads, you will demonstrate the ease of navigating our physical and online platforms. Additionally, you will educate customers about other banking channels and available products and services. - You thrive in a team environment. Working with a dynamic team of banking professionals, you will inspire and be inspired by your colleagues. - You are research-oriented and skilled at answering customer inquiries. Leveraging various tools and channels, you will provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer retention and engagement. - Travel between assigned branches in the local area and provide support as needed. **Basic Qualifications:** - High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification - At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience - At least 6 months of cash handling experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Associate’s degree - 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience **Salary Range:** The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role in Lindenhurst, New York are $51,542 - $51,542 for Branch Ambassador.
