Your responsibilities will include identifying, assessing, treating, mitigating, monitoring, reporting, and escalating risks. You will serve as a trusted risk manager and partner to the Finance division and work closely with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading our Sarbanes-Oxley program. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a background in business, finance, or accounting. We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of risk management experience. Preferred certifications include CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, or FRM. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills are essential to succeed in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required, as you will need to tailor your communication based on the audience. Additionally, the ability to build relationships and networks at various levels within the organization is highly valued.
