About the Role:
As a Financial Analyst, you'll have a crucial role in monitoring the financial health of our entire organization. Working with a diverse team, your responsibilities will include developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform financial analysis to assess present and future financial performance.
- Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, future requirements, and operating forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Line of Business to establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets.
- Track monthly revenue and expenses, comparing actual figures to forecasts and making necessary adjustments.
- Conduct economic research and studies, including rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and the impact of governmental requirements.
- Prepare reports for management summarizing research results, analyses, and evaluation of any discrepancies.
- Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations.
What You Will Need:
- Required: Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred).
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance.
- Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, company accounting policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical and statistical examination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to meet critical deadlines.
