Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product plan, considering market changes, business priorities, and technological advancements. Present updates at stakeholder meetings.
  • Demonstrate leadership by establishing a clear vision of success and how to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present product plans, identifying risks, challenges, opportunities, growth strategies, and retirement plans.
  • Provide content for product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and providing business reasons for any changes made.
  • Engage with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Act as a product launch manager for new products or major releases.
  • Collaborate with senior management on market messages, sales collateral, and RFPs (request for proposal).
  • Complete business scope documents and define user personas for individual products.
  • Coordinate pilot activities with clients, monitoring progress and making go/no-go decisions.
  • Resolve client issues that require product change resolution as an escalation point.
  • Review enhancement requests for strategic value and prioritization.
  • Present product information and thought leadership externally through webinars and conferences.
  • Deliver presentations to clients during business reviews and meetings.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

FIS Job Level Description:

Manage the revenue and profitability of product lines within the division. Provide business and industry knowledge, work on complex issues, and evaluate projects and programs. Interact with executives and clients, negotiating and influencing. Requires 15+ years of experience in the financial services industry, including product management and leadership experience.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $185,390.00 - $311,460.00 per year, based on experience and location. Additional factors, such as skills, education, and job-related training, may affect the starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter for the specific salary range for your preferred location.
