Job Expectations: - Maintain a polite and professional attitude towards co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community. - Follow CSI's image standards to maintain a neat appearance and good personal hygiene. - Comply with safety, security, and quality guidelines and report any accidents or incidents immediately. - Prioritize the safety of yourself and others by following the CSI Loss Prevention process. - Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures to ensure food safety. - Check identification to comply with age restriction laws for certain products. - Maintain professionalism when working with vendors and contractors. - Be punctual and attend work regularly. - Follow kitchen and sanitation regulations during cooking. - Perform other duties as assigned by management. Essential Functions: - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and thanking customers. - Conduct accurate and safe point-of-sale activities. - Manage cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at the end of each shift. - Keep the station clean, including restrooms, pumps, and car wash (if applicable). - Prepare and manage food and beverage products. - Promote store specials and marketing programs. - Ensure accurate pricing and distribute products throughout the store. - Follow fueling regulations (Oregon only). - Handle challenging situations with professionalism and good judgment. - Work independently and in a team. Requirements/Qualifications: - Must be available to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to handle challenging situations professionally. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Required up-to-date food handling certificates in specific locations. - Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred. Supervisor Responsibilities: - This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Travel: - Limited travel for training and coverage at nearby stations. Physical Demands: - Ability to stand and walk for long periods on hard and uneven surfaces. - Ability to lift, push, and move products using proper techniques. - Constant standing, bending, and reaching for Krispy Krunchy Chicken procedures. - Work safely with equipment that can create high temperatures. - Exposure to outdoor conditions and walk-in coolers/freezers. - Frequent handwashing and attention to cleanliness. Other Requirements: - Must be at least 18 or 21 years old depending on location and shift. - Compensation and benefits are listed in compliance with applicable law.
