About the Role: As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will represent FIS and work closely with our clients as they implement our solutions, transforming the way the world banks. Your role will involve analyzing data files, processes, forms, reports, and operational needs of our clients. You will facilitate data mapping and system conversions, creating a roadmap for clients to guide them through the process. Additionally, you will provide training on our products and offer support during setup and integration. About the Team: What You Will Be Doing: - Conducting data analysis and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization. - Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents to illustrate how each field will be converted. - Performing tests to ensure new software meets customer-specific needs. - Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure successful conversion. - Training customers on new systems and procedures. What You Will Need: - Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and effectively communicate them to different customer groups. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and documentation abilities. - A degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
