**Job Title: Field Technician - TV and Smart Home Solutions**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00 per hour pay increase
- Performance incentives with the potential to earn up to $6,400 in your first year and $9,100 each subsequent year

**What will you be doing?**
As a Field Technician, you will represent our company in customers' homes on a daily basis. Your role includes not just installing and servicing our products, but also using the opportunity to consult homeowners on their smart home possibilities, making their lives simpler and more connected.
**Skills, Experience, and Requirements**
To be a successful technician, you should have:
- The ability to quickly build rapport with customers and provide excellent service
- Comfort working at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in various weather conditions
- The ability to lift objects weighing over 70 lbs
- A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets our safety standards
- Willingness to travel, as necessary
**Salary Range**
Compensation: $19.00/hour
