Job Responsibilities

As a Technician, you will receive training to provide world-class customer experiences. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers' homes
  • Educating customers and connecting them with our services
  • Ensuring excellent customer experiences

Your Role

As a Field Technician, you will represent DISH in customers' homes on a daily basis. Your main objective will be to simplify their lives by providing consultation on our infinite smart home possibilities during installations.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

To be a successful technician, you should have the following:

  • The ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • The ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • The ability to lift over 70 lbs
  • A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets our safety standards
  • Willingness to travel, if required
Salary Range

Compensation: $20.25/Hour
