Store Manager Job Opportunity Are you passionate about leadership, growth, and driving profits? If you have experience in the automotive, fleet, heavy equipment, dealership, or retail industry, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Store Manager to join our auto parts team. This role is ideal for someone who: - Loves retail. - Demonstrates true leadership skills with vision, collaboration, trust, respect, and effectiveness. - Takes full responsibility for profit and loss, business plans, and solving issues. Responsibilities - Identify new customers and revenue opportunities. - Thrive in a fast-paced retail store environment. - Assist outside sales in developing wholesale accounts. - Lead and develop a team to provide exceptional customer care and achieve business results. - Continuously improve processes and procedures. - Ensure the security and appearance of the store. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Passion for delivering customer care and building relationships. - Knowledge of inventory controls and stocking levels is a plus. - Self-motivated with initiative. - Customer-focused and energetic. - Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer systems. - Preferred qualifications: technical or trade school courses, automotive industry experience, management experience in retail or similar industries, ASE certifications.
