The Opportunity
We are looking for a BBPC for the Credit Card Rewards team. In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional rewards and loyalty experiences for our members. You will also be involved in end-to-end testing for the rewards platform. This position is a mid-level individual contributor role.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide consultation services to internal clients in areas such as strategic sourcing, supplier management, third party risk management, and bank operations. You will gather and consolidate demand, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions to improve the efficiency of our bank operations.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires you to be in the office four days a week. This position can be based in several locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL. Please note that we do not provide relocation assistance for this position.
What you'll do:
- Implement process initiatives aligned with the bank's strategic roadmap
- Develop customer-specific business process improvements that align with bank strategy and risk management framework
- Provide consultation, solutions, and change management to the business on risk management processes
- Develop communication and change management plans for customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between collaborators and customers across business process projects
- Use reporting, data, and analytics to measure process and project performance
- Manage risks associated with business activities in accordance with policies and procedures
What you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business process consulting, process design, or program/project management (4+ years of experience)
- Proficient knowledge of bank products and processes
- Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements
- Experience in quality management and process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with Risk Management frameworks and Banking Regulatory requirements
What sets you apart:
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services
- Experience in the Credit Card area
- Program management and execution experience in a large-scale organization
- Test planning and execution experience with large programs
- Knowledge of program management methodologies, specifically SAFe Agile
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple projects
- US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
