Position: Clinical Professional - Medical Management/Health Services

Position Purpose:

• Review medical records to identify potential quality of care incidents
• Apply clinical criteria to determine if there was a lack of care
• Provide a summary of findings and severity level to physicians
• Compile a timeline and incident summary for presentation to the medical director
• May participate in peer review committee actions or next steps
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols

Educational Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)

Experience:

• 3+ years of nursing or related healthcare experience

License/Certification:

• RN/LCSW (required)
• CPHQ (preferred)
