Position Purpose: Manage the development and implementation of products.

• Create, develop, and oversee new and existing products, from initial idea to delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing detailed project plans, workflows, sales and marketing materials, staffing models, pricing, and client reporting specifications
• Stay updated on market trends to identify new product opportunities or improvements for existing products
• Review product performance and outcomes, and provide recommendations for program enhancements
• Handle product inquiries and assess new product requests
• Contribute to the development of business strategy for the product market
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for new products and enhancements
• Conduct training sessions on products for internal teams

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience in health care product development or management, marketing, or project management.
