Essential Functions: - Provide exceptional guest service by being courteous, greeting all customers, and thanking them while making eye contact. - Conduct accurate and safe point-of-sale activities, including retail and fuel sales transactions. - Manage cash drawer securely and perform cashier reconciliation at the end of each shift. - Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and the car wash. - Prepare and monitor food and beverage products to maximize sales and minimize loss. - Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs. - Cross-check the accuracy of delivered goods. - Ensure shelves are stocked, and products are displayed properly. - Follow local law requirements when fueling vehicles. - May perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements/Qualifications: - Available to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and judgement. - Ability to work independently and in team settings. - Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates (in specific locations only). - Cooking/restaurant experience preferred. Supervisor Responsibilities: - This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Travel: - Rare, limited to required training and coverage for nearby stations. Physical Demands Include but are not limited to: - Ability to stand and walk for long periods on various surfaces. - Ability to lift and move products using proper techniques. - Krispy Krunchy Chicken procedures require constant standing, bending, and reaching. - Work safely with equipment that can create and hold high temperatures. - Exposure to outdoor conditions and coolers/freezers. - Frequent handwashing and attention to personal cleanliness standards.
