Job Description: Security Engineer

As a Security Engineer, you will work closely with both business and IT departments to determine their needs and develop a technology strategy that supports their goals. Your role will involve protecting and supporting the network's infrastructure design, integration, and operations. You will collaborate with technical management to optimize networks that meet business needs, service-level requirements, and technology parameters.

Experience Required

• 0-1 years of experience required
• 2-4 years of experience preferred

Education Requirements

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a high school diploma is required.

License/Certification Requirements

Preferred certifications:

1. NIST, SIEM, HIPAA, Security+, Firewall experience
2. CCVP, CCIE, CCNP, professional certifications
3. CCNA

Special Requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Security, Firewalls, VPNs, Operations, Administration, and Network Engineering
• Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills

Required qualifications:

• Customer focus and a positive, can-do approach
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
