Job Title: Process and Workload Analyst

What You Will Do:
- Guidehouse is looking for a Process and Workload Analyst to assist a government client in conducting workload and process analyses.
- The candidate will contribute to the team by designing and executing data collection plans, interacting with clients, supporting data analysis and report development, conducting benchmarking analyses, performing process analyses, and participating in client interviews.
What You Will Need:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
- Bachelor's degree.
- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma, process, work measurement, modeling, or other industrial engineering techniques.
- Project management skills; PMI-certified project management professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Previous experience in supporting or developing operational transformation.
- Familiarity with federal acquisitions procedures and/or knowledge of federal acquisition regulations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, quality, and customer service orientation.
- Experience in Public Sector consulting.
