We are currently looking for Tax Experts to join our team for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to hear from you! What You'll Bring:
- Experience: As a Tax Expert, you should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Credentials: You should possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- Passion for Helping Clients: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and are committed to enhancing our brand by providing excellent customer service and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
- Communication Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
How You Will Contribute:
- Assisting Customers: In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Research and Support: Using government websites, professional resources, and team expertise, you will seek out and deliver the right answer to customers in simple language they can understand.
- Virtual Interaction: As a customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, ensuring accurate record keeping by documenting all interactions.
