About the Role

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors are dedicated to helping our customers. They drive payment collections, assist with lease agreement renewals, and ensure that customers are fully satisfied with their products. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build strong relationships with customers, both over the phone and in person, to help them accomplish ownership. Our team members possess strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, and are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain customer accounts by updating information and documenting payment appointments
  • Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements, both through home visits and over the phone
  • Convince customers of the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
  • Support the Customer Account Manager in meeting revenue and renewal goals
  • Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries
  • Clean and certify returned merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center
  • Maintain vehicle and route sheets
  • Safely operate company vehicle
  • Provide support to the Sales Team as needed
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested by management
Requirements
  • Minimum age: 21 years old and possess a valid state Driver’s License (for the United States) or at least 18 years old (for Canada)
  • Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for certification (United States)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, ranging from 8 am to 9 pm
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and up to 300 lbs. with the help of a dolly
  • Preferred experience: 2 years in retail/customer service
  • Preferred education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient computer skills
