Our unit delivers over 6,700 babies per year, and our Perinatal Program is dedicated to providing exceptional patient and family-centered care for both high-risk and low-risk patients. As a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, your responsibilities will include: - Being responsible and accountable for the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. - Making clinical judgments and carrying out related nursing interventions without supervision. - Applying clinical knowledge to provide efficient and cost-effective care. - Demonstrating knowledge of regulatory requirements, patient assignment, delegation of tasks, and documentation. - Taking care of the patient and the delivery team. - Providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs and expectations of patients and colleagues in healthcare. Education Requirements: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN or higher preferred.
